DMO of The Year Nominations
Since the District Medical Officers (DMO) are overall in charge of all health services and programs in the council, THS calls for a DMO recognition award for their outstanding contribution to improving health services and strengthening health workforce. The nominee should have demonstrated exceptional competency in the following 3 areas:
- Leadership
- Quality health service delivery
- Response to diseases pandemics
Nomination Criteria
THS awards recognize District Medical Officers (DMOs) with at least 3 years of continuous service in their position. Nominees must showcase innovative skills and leadership, and have an exemplary record free from disciplinary actions.
