Les agents de sant\u00e9 communautaires (ASC) sont les agents de sant\u00e9 de premi\u00e8re ligne pour des millions de Tanzaniens. Ils sont indispensables \u00e0 l'efficacit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la solidit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes de soins de sant\u00e9 publics et primaires qui sont fournis dans tout le pays. Malgr\u00e9 leur responsabilit\u00e9 profonde dans la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre de nos communaut\u00e9s, ils ne re\u00e7oivent pas toujours l'attention et la reconnaissance n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Les relais communautaires recueillent des informations inestimables sur le fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 au niveau de la communaut\u00e9. Leurs points de vue in\u00e9gal\u00e9s sur les d\u00e9fis des soins de sant\u00e9 communautaires et leurs solutions potentielles doivent \u00eatre entendus afin d'apporter les solutions innovantes n\u00e9cessaires et de modifier les politiques au niveau du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Pourquoi le symposium des ASC est-il important ?<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Pendant trop longtemps, les discussions sur les agents de sant\u00e9 communautaire se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es en l'absence de ces derniers dans la salle. Il est temps de changer. Le Sommet de la sant\u00e9 en Tanzanie, en collaboration avec D-tree - Tanzanie, est fier de lancer le deuxi\u00e8me symposium des agents de sant\u00e9 communautaires, qui permettra d'\u00e9lever leur voix collective et leur visibilit\u00e9. Il vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 donner aux agents de sant\u00e9 communautaires, dont beaucoup sont des femmes, les droits, les connaissances, les comp\u00e9tences et l'opportunit\u00e9 de d\u00e9fendre leur travail. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

En \u00e9coutant les d\u00e9fis qu'ils rencontrent et ce dont ils ont besoin, nous serons mieux inform\u00e9s pour les soutenir. THS estime qu'il est essentiel de faire des pr\u00e9occupations des ASC une priorit\u00e9 dans les agendas politiques - \u00e0 tous les niveaux qui conduiront au changement et soutiendront donc de mani\u00e8re ad\u00e9quate la sant\u00e9 des communaut\u00e9s environnantes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
