Le Dr Genoveva Ndunguru, professionnelle de la sant\u00e9 et militante passionn\u00e9e de la sant\u00e9 publique, conna\u00eet le pouvoir de la connexion. Pour elle, rejoindre le programme de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s des jeunes (YOCAB) dans le cadre du sommet de la sant\u00e9 en Tanzanie a \u00e9t\u00e9 un moment d\u00e9cisif. \"Il ne s'agissait pas seulement d'apprendre, explique-t-elle, mais aussi de rencontrer les bonnes personnes. Le programme YOCAB lui a fourni un r\u00e9seau de mentors qui l'ont stimul\u00e9e et guid\u00e9e, des pairs qui ont partag\u00e9 sa vision et des leaders du secteur qui ont \u00e9largi sa compr\u00e9hension du paysage des soins de sant\u00e9.<\/p>

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 YOCAB, Genoveva a acquis des comp\u00e9tences essentielles en mati\u00e8re de leadership, de communication, d'image de marque, de r\u00e9flexion strat\u00e9gique et de r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes. Mais la vraie valeur, souligne-t-elle, r\u00e9side dans les relations qu'elle a nou\u00e9es. Ces relations sont devenues la force motrice de sa prochaine grande \u00e9tape : le lancement de \"Jenga Wellness Hub\". Cette plateforme permet aux jeunes de s'approprier leur sant\u00e9, en leur fournissant des informations pr\u00e9cises et les outils n\u00e9cessaires pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions \u00e9clair\u00e9es.<\/p>

L'histoire de Genoveva t\u00e9moigne du pouvoir de transformation du mentorat et du travail en r\u00e9seau. \"YOCAB a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le essentiel dans l'\u00e9laboration de mon parcours\", d\u00e9clare-t-elle. Elle est impatiente de poursuivre son parcours avec le soutien du programme. Le message qu'elle adresse aux autres jeunes femmes leaders est clair : \"Recherchez des opportunit\u00e9s d'apprentissage, cr\u00e9ez des liens significatifs et passez \u00e0 l'action. Les bonnes personnes et les bonnes exp\u00e9riences peuvent ouvrir des portes que vous n'auriez jamais imagin\u00e9es !<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
