La Dra. Genoveva Ndunguru, profesional de la medicina y apasionada defensora de la salud p\u00fablica, conoce el poder de la conexi\u00f3n. Para ella, unirse al programa de Desarrollo de Capacidades de los J\u00f3venes (YOCAB) en el marco de la Cumbre de la Salud de Tanzania fue un momento crucial. \"No se trataba s\u00f3lo de aprender\", explica, \"se trataba de conocer a la gente adecuada\". YOCAB le proporcion\u00f3 una red de mentores que la desafiaron y guiaron, compa\u00f1eros que compart\u00edan su visi\u00f3n y l\u00edderes del sector que ampliaron su comprensi\u00f3n del panorama sanitario.<\/p>

A trav\u00e9s de YOCAB, Genoveva perfeccion\u00f3 habilidades esenciales en liderazgo, comunicaci\u00f3n, marca personal, pensamiento estrat\u00e9gico y resoluci\u00f3n de problemas. Pero el verdadero valor, subraya, reside en las relaciones que forj\u00f3. Estas conexiones se convirtieron en la fuerza motriz de su siguiente gran paso: el lanzamiento de \"Jenga Wellness Hub\". Esta plataforma permite a los j\u00f3venes tomar las riendas de su salud, proporcion\u00e1ndoles informaci\u00f3n precisa y las herramientas necesarias para tomar decisiones con conocimiento de causa.<\/p>

La historia de Genoveva es un testimonio del poder transformador de la tutor\u00eda y la creaci\u00f3n de redes. \"YOCAB ha desempe\u00f1ado un papel vital en la configuraci\u00f3n de mi camino\", reflexiona.
