Abstract Submission Guidelines
Call For Abstract
- Abstracts can only be submitted online via our website (abstract submission); submissions by email or any other means will not be considered.
- All abstracts must be written in English.
- It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact in the abstract text will be reproduced as typed by the author. Abstract titles will be subject to a spell check if the abstract is selected for presentation.

SUBMITTING YOUR Abstract
- Abstracts do not comply with style guidelines, including excessive length (contributed abstract body text is limited to approximately 300 words)
- Abstracts contain inappropriate content, e.g. graph, pictures, etc.
- Abstracts fall outside of the topical scope of the meeting
Abstract DEADLINE
Abstracts submitted after the abstract deadline—post deadline abstracts—will not be accepted.
SESSION PRESENTATIONS
e-POSTER SESSIONS
• ePoster will be designed in a power point format.
• You will be given a template upon confirmation of your abstract for your e-poster designing.

PROCESS
Abstracts may be selected for
- Oral presentation
- Poster presentation
- Rejection
The first / presenting author will receive a confirmation of acceptance for oral presentation, poster presentation, or rejection, by e-mail before 1st September, 2025.
Authors of abstracts selected for an oral presentation will be informed about the type and date of the session and presentation guidelines will be provided.
Poster presenters will be informed about the date of the poster session and will receive guidelines for their presentation.
The titles of all accepted abstracts will be published in the abstract book.
